A boutique development consulting firm with decades of combined experience, KW&A’s twenty-member team in Downtown Los Angeles keeps a strong presence with various city departments on a daily basis, and has the human-power and resources to meet tight deadlines and provide ongoing project support.
KW&A knows it takes commitment, organization, knowledge, and a strategic approach to get the right answers. When the approval process is inconsistent and unclear, KW&A works closely with senior City staff to monitor code interpretations to provide our clients with the most accurate, up-to-date information for their development projects.
