Cynthia is a dedicated professional with a strong background in administration, communication, and community engagement. She is passionate about fostering positive experiences and building strong, supportive communities. Cynthia brings over a decade of experience in roles that combine organization, leadership, and relationship-building, thriving in environments where collaboration and problem-solving are key.
Her past work includes leadership positions in both youth and high school athletics where she coordinated registration, streamlined communications, oversaw budgets, and organized large scale athletic events. These roles allowed her to refine her skills in event planning, budget management, communication, and team leadership.
Cynthia holds a Master of Arts in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology from the University of Denver. Outside of work Cynthia enjoys reading and watching sports and taking her children to their many activities.
