Shannon has a background in Urban Planning and has been expediting permits since 2019. She helps coordinate a wide range of projects from commercial, mixed-use, residential and multi-family buildings. She has experience working and building relationships with city officials at the building department, fire department, health department and various other city agencies. With a strong interest in planning and urban design, affordable housing, land-use and entitlement projects. Shannon holds a bachelor’s in Urban Studies and Planning from CSUN and is currently obtaining her Masters in Landscape Architecture at Cal Poly Pomona.
