Ryan has been expediting various types of building permits and consulting with clients on the LA City and County approval process since 2019. He specializes in permit issuance for the LAX Automated People Mover project through coordinating plan check submittals and meetings, obtaining clearances from various city agencies, and finalizing drawings for LADBS approval. He also has experience permitting both affordable housing and commercial projects, with knowledge of housing regulations, highway dedications, historical preservation ordinances, tree removals, and off- site permits. He holds a B.A. from UC Davis in American Urban Studies and a design certificate in Architecture from UCLA.
