Larry started with KWA in March of 2021 and has been working in the condition clearances and permitting industry for over 14 years. Larry earned his BA in Urban Planning from California State University-Northridge and has applied that experience in all endeavors of permitting and condition clearances such as multi-family residential to large commercial projects. He also has a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Arkansas.

With his experience, he can help with any project from planning to final inspection stages to receive the recordation of the client’s final map. Larry also has a good working relationship with all departments at the City of Los Angeles as well as other metropolitan cites and has learned over the years how to work through issues that may arise with these various locations. He has lived in Los Angeles for 31 years.
