An experienced project coordinator and expeditor, Kara works with architects, consultants, vendors, clients, contractors, and jurisdictional agencies to obtain department & agency approvals on behalf of KW&A clients. With extensive experience in preparing all documentation for construction projects involving single & multi-family dwellings, mixed-use, and commercial developments, Kara is an expert at straightening out and resolving complications between Design Teams and Building and Safety Personnel. She also serves as an owner/developer’s representative at key public hearings. Kara studies construction management and is proficient in CADD.
