JeffPlanner / Senior Project Manager

    Jeff has over 12 years of experience as a land use consultant in the City of Los Angeles. During that time, he has managed and obtained approvals for many development projects, including zone changes, subdivisions, density bonus requests with on- and off-menu incentives, zone variances and conditional use permits. Jeff also has extensive experience in obtaining building permits, including permitting medical office buildings, hospital renovations, assisted living facilities, retail establishments and residential units, as well as satisfying conditions of approval for final subdivision maps. An expert communicator, Jeff has established relationships with a variety of staff members within the Department of City Planning, Department of Building and Safety and the Bureau of Engineering, allowing him to expedite projects through the review process and obtain information quickly and seamlessly. He is a graduate of California State University Northridge and holds a master’s Degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning. When Jeff is not navigating the city bureaucracy, he enjoys backpacking, rock climbing, volunteering with his wife, and traveling the world.
