Emiko has a background in urban planning and has been expediting permits and other land use approvals in the City of Los Angeles since 2003. Her experience includes multi-family residential and commercial projects such as offices, retail, restaurants, theaters, hotels, mixed-use developments, and warehouses. She can help at any stage of a project, from planning to final inspections, along with whichever permitting developments or agencies are involved. Emiko has lived and worked all over the City of Los Angeles and loves being part of its redevelopment and revitalization. She has a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California.
