Cason has a background in Urban Planning and has been working with KWA since 2017. She helps coordinate projects from the initial design phase through final certificate of occupancy and has worked on a wide range of project including single family residential, small-lot subdivisions, multi-family, and commercial buildings. She leverages experience working with all city agencies for efficient due diligence research, permitting, as well as planning case filing and effectuation. Cason has a B.A in Environmental and Urban Studies from Bard College and a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California.
