Carrie has been with KWA since 2017. She brings her expertise gained from working for over 20 years in the architectural field. She has worked on a wide variety of commercial, retail, and healthcare projects, coordinating with clients, user groups and multiple jurisdictions. Among other projects, she is currently managing the LAX Consolidated Car Rental Facility (Con-RAC) project, and has obtained approvals for West Edge, a large, mixed-use residential project bringing over 600 residential units to the West Side. She also obtained permits for Citizen M, an 11-story hotel, the first high rise in LA utilizing modular construction. She excels in organization, communication, leadership, plan reading, and problem solving. She speaks the language of Building and Safety.
