Citizen M

The Citizen M hotel is located at the corner of 4^th and Spring in the heart of Downtown.  This 11-story boutique hotel features 315 luxury guest rooms, meeting rooms and living areas outside the guest rooms.  This is the first high-rise development in Los Angeles featuring prefabricated modular units built outside the US allowing for a faster buildout than traditional on-site construction.
